Can I change, add to, or cancel my order once placed?

We’ll try our best to accommodate your changes. Please contact us as soon as possible to advise us of the change you’d like to make and we’ll make every effort to make it happen. Please note: once processed, custom orders cannot be cancelled. Once shipped, we cannot change delivery addresses.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an order confirmation detailing all of the products ordered, along with all of the options you selected (if applicable). Please keep this as proof of purchase.

Will I be charged taxes on my order?

Canadian clients will be charged sales taxes based on the statutes of their province. We do not ship internationally or to the U.S.

How long does it take to get my goods once ordered?

Items typically ship out within 2-3 business days of order placement, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. For furniture and products that are custom-made, please refer to the lead time indicated on the product details page. 

Do I have shipping options?

Yes, we have a few different options for you. For orders of $150 or more (before taxes), enter code FREESHIP at checkout for free shipping. If you would prefer expedited shipping or shipping with more features and security (ex: signature required), we also offer those options for an additional fee. Please contact for more details.

Do you ship internationally?

We are located in Toronto, Canada and ship Canada-wide. We do not ship internationally or to the United States at this time.

May I return my item?

Please contact us at should you wish to make a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your item once it arrives, you may return it for a credit within 10 business days of receipt in it’s original packaging and condition. Please note: some exceptions apply, including but not limited to custom items and furniture.

My item arrived damaged; what should I do?

On rare occasions, items can be damaged in transit. Please notify us immediately at and we will work with you to expedite a replacement.

Is my personal information secure?

Protecting your privacy and personal information is one of our top priorities. We will never share or sell your personal information and have taken steps to keep this information safe.
