Do you have a bricks-and-mortar showroom?
We created Four Blocks South to bring the bricks-and-mortar designer showroom shopping experience to you virtually through the web.  Try our Shop The Room feature to get the most out of this experience. From time to time, we create pop-up shops.  Join our mailing list to be advised when we bring one to your neightbourhood!
Can I change, add to or cancel my order once placed?
We’ll try our best to accommodate your changes.  Please contact us as soon as possible to advise us of the change you’d like to make and we’ll make every effort to make it happen.  Please note: once processed, custom orders cannot be cancelled.  Once shipped, we cannot change delivery addresses.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation detailing all of the products ordered, along with all of the options you selected (if applicable).  Please keep this as proof of purchase.
Will I be charged taxes on my order?
Canadian clients will be charged sales taxes based on the statutes of their province.  US and international clients will not be charged taxes but should be prepared to handle import charges should they arise.
How long does it take to get my goods once ordered?
For items we keep in stock, shipments usually leave our premises within 48 hours of order placement.  For items that are custom made, please refer to the lead time indicated on the product details page, in your shopping cart and on your order confirmation.  For additional information, please see our Shipping Policy.
Do I have shipping options?
Yes, we have a few different options for you.  For all orders of $99 or more (before taxes), we offer free shipping.  However, if you would prefer expedited shipping or shipping with more features and security (ex: signature required), we also offer those options for an additional fee.  For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.

May I return my item?
Our primary goal is to make our clients happy.  If you are not completely satisfied with your item once it arrives, you may return it for a credit within 10 business days of receipt.  Please see our Returns Policy for more details.  Please note: some exceptions apply.
My item arrived damaged; what should I do?
On rare occasions, items can be damaged in transit.  Please notify us immediately at returns@fourblockssouth.com or by calling 1.844.334.4848 and we will work with you to expedite a replacement and get your damaged item picked up.  For further details, please see our Shipping Policy.
