Shipping Policy

We welcome orders from all over the globe. Your browsing currency (either CAD or USD) can be selected at the top of each page. However, all sales are charged in Canadian dollars.  Since the charges are in CAD, US and international customers may be charged a small conversion fee by their credit card company. We are not responsible for any of these fees.

Canadian customers will be charged sales taxes corresponding to their respective province or territory.  US and international customers may incur import taxes which are due upon receipt of the goods and for which the client is responsible. Quick Ship items usually ship within 5 business days of receiving your order.  Should you place an order for a custom made product, please refer to the product page, your shopping cart or your order confirmation for an approximate lead time.  Please note, lead times are calculated based on business days, are an estimate only and are subject to change based on manufacturer volume and annual holiday closures.  Once your order has been processed, we will advise you of any changes to lead time once we receive them.  Should you have any questions about this at any time, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In some cases, products may ship directly from our manufacturers; in most cases, products will ship directly from Four Blocks South via a third party freight company.

Most orders over $99 (before taxes) qualify for FREE SHIPPING within Canada and the contiguous United States.  Free shipping includes a very basic delivery which leaves items with no signature required either at your front door or, in the case of larger/heavier items, at your curbside.  This delivery does not cover entry into the home or bringing packages up stairs.

For piece-of-mind, additional security for your purchases or if would like items brought inside, please consider upgrading your shipping with one of our other shipping methods (ex: Signature Required or Courier). If you would like your packages delivered into your home, unpacked and placed in your preferred location with all packaging removed/disposed, please select our White Glove service.  Please note, White Glove is only available in major Canadian and US cities.

Please ensure to inspect your item(s) thoroughly as soon as they are received and prior to disposing of packaging.  Should boxes arrive looking damaged, please indicate this with the shipper immediately upon delivery. We will not be able to accept any returns unless damage to the packaging is noted with the shipper and original packaging is retained.  Please see our Return Policy for more information.
