Leaside Contemporary Custom Home

This contemporary custom new construction home in Leaside was designed to showcase the clients’ significant art collection while remaining warm, inviting and highly functional. Four Blocks South developed the interior layouts, material palette, custom details and furnishings throughout the home.

In the formal dining room, a custom asymmetrical table and minimalist chandelier create a distinctive entertaining space without competing with the large-scale artwork. A seamless door disappears into the wall, discreetly concealing the adjoining mudroom. Throughout the home, concrete-look heated porcelain floors and microcement-inspired textures are balanced by natural marble, warm wood and tactile furnishings.
